Where will you ship orders?
We ship to the contiguous United States only.
How do we ship?
The shipping carrier is the United States postal service. We will deliver with “no signature” required. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a note will be left by your carrier with further scheduling options.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final and there are no refunds. All of our items are “pre-owned” we expect slight imperfections in them.
Is there free shipping?
We do not have free shipping at this time.
What happens if my package is never delivered?
If your package is returned to us we will contact you for correct mailing information and try again. If you do not receive your package, please contact us and we will investigate using the tracking number issued by US Postal Service.
What if my item is damaged during shipping?
We ask that fill out this form within 12 hours of delivery. If you do not fill out the form completely, we cannot issue a refund.
